Challenge

Transform physical interactions into engaging digital experiences that encourage participation, competition, and memorable event moments. Integrate AI, custom sensors, and real-time communication into reliable installations capable of operating continuously during live events.

Approach

Designed and developed three connected experiences: an AI-powered photo booth with automatic background removal and character compositing, a real-time spell casting system using a custom LAN server, and a motion-controlled broom racing game powered by custom-built sensor hardware.

Timeline

Concept design → custom sensor hardware build → computer-vision/AI integration → on-site installation across three connected experiences for a live event.

Devices

Custom motion sensor hardware · Computer-vision camera rig · On-site photo booth station

Outcome

Successfully delivered stable, high-performance interactive installations that combined software, hardware, and real-time communication to create engaging experiences for hundreds of participants.
